Made this after seeing Cookie's comment on one of the post as I had 2 veryyy ripe bananas :)
It is superrrr moist and yumm, in fact ended up eating two slices as I was feeling low, had a good excuse ;)

I made it a couple of days ago. I forgot to photograph it. DD took so me to work and DH to car club, however I did sneek a piece or two before it went.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
