Chookie seeing Costa from gardening show would have set my kids in giggles , they think his beard is rather large and have always commented how eating would be a problem . He is a character with so much knowledge.
Yesterday we watched DD play netball , it was so hot at 9.30am that we felt like we were all getting sunburnt. Then on to DS belt promotion for Martial arts .

Our guest stayed overnight. As he is batching I made him 2 SD loaves to take home. I made them in 2 small cast iron pots.
Bit windy this morning.

I haven't forgotten about SS. Life seems to be very fast paced at the moment. We have ANOTHER car display to attend tomorrow, but hopefully after that life should ease up a bit. It's been a very hectic couple of weeks.

I think he is fantastic Chookie, I'd love to meet him. I saw him on a lunch time news bulletin with his hair up and in a dinner suit. I didn't recognise him.

Good evening friends, sometimes I just run out of time to pop in to say good morning!
It keeps you fit Denise, scantering from those horses.
Do you have a table at the Creswick Markets Chookie or are you a wanderer and swapper?

Great cooking girls, you all do so much.
Iíve made 8 smallish jars of Teninaís dried apricot jam, 2 for my neighbour who reminded me that I did it last year for the nursing home trading table.  Such a simple recipe, how did I forget it was a good seller.
