Will be making this when our plums are ready and am also wondering if it would work with cherries using  same method ?

I've sampled a few glasses of this :-)) It's wonderful.Even DH thought it pretty good when he sipped some of mine ;)

Can this be made with a mix of plums?  DS2 brought some in last night and ther are some normal big red ones, yellow ones with a strange looking bump on the bottom of them  (never seen them before) and some I think are damsons.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
