Made a Bimby chocolate cake baked in roasting pan . This afternoon DS is making a vanilla Bimby cake , then we will freeze them . The idea is to put the two together make a batch of chocolate icing and decorate with Jaffas and freckles for classmates birthday . They do this for each others birthday, which was very special for DS this year as I was away .

Will try to take a photo of the cake when we decorate. DS said I am going to make it into a chequerboard cake !!! Maybe next time .

Great cooking girls, I’ve not done anything for a while - I’ve been living out of the freezer again and I haven’t done any shopping for 3 weeks.
