Hope all those in SA are safe and sound.
Wishing everyone has a great long weekend and don't forget to put your clocks forward tomorrow night. I have been enjoying the lovely light mornings but really love daylight savings.  ;D

Morning all.
We are well over the rain. Yesterday was another wet day. Today we hope not so much.
I am not much interested in the footie but will certainly be watching today. Having lived and worked in the Western suburbs of Melbourne most of my life . I feel attached to the Doggies.
The GC went home yesterday. Their parents looked very relaxed after having a weeks break from their hectic life.

Chookie, you deserve a break this weekend, hope you're putting you feet up or at least doing something for you.
We will be watching the Grand final and hoping the Doggies have a win for DIL sake.
Go Dogs!

He loves finding things Denise, bless him.

Well that was the best grand final I've seen for a while and well done to the Bulldogs.

Denise, I hope Chance enjoys his new found treasure.

Judy, it certainly was a great game, best for a Long time as you said.
We were happy the Dogs won. Youngest DS, DIL (dogs fan) and GS went to Witten oval to watch. They said the atmospherwas electric, thousands of ppl there and In the streets cheering after the win. They were talking to me from their car several streets away from the oval, I could still here cheering and car horns tooting. Melbourne will be on a high for weeks.

I'm another who was pleased with the footy. They deserve it after so many years and for coming from 7th.

It was a great footy match. Enjoyed every minute. I can remember when the club was broke and looked like it would close. The members did everything to raise money. They had stalls in the streets, sausage sissies and raffles.

Good morning everyone.

We are not footy fans here but we did watch the game and enjoyed it.  Well done to the Bulldogs.

Hi friends.
A blustery start to the day here.A good walk with Chance but the quiet morning was interrupted by some idiot driving through our sleepy village at top speed. The speed limit is 30 mph,  I reckon he was doing 70  >:(
