they do taste brownieish even ds8 said they were delicious mouthfuls of brownie bites ;D

Just made these and although they looked exactly like the picture when they were cooked. even when completely cooled, they were not crisp at all, just bendy and soft. What did I do wrong please?

I think these are more brownie in texture rather than a crisp biscuit past94x.So I think your cooking is spot on. ;) I haven't made them ( yet) Maybe I will soon :)

I've only made these once as I do with most things past94x so I don't remember a lot about them.  I did describe them as crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle though and yours don't sound like that do they?  Did they firm up later perhaps?  I would have left mine to cool on the trays.

I left them to cool completely, but, then, because they were so bendy and soft, i threw them away. They tasted good, but the texture was not nice. I think I must have done something wrong, but don't know what.
