Cookie, you could turn it out and knead it down and let it rise again, if you have time.

Thanks Chookie. I wasn't sure if I could. I will know for next time. When DH sliced it he had a piece and said it had the most beautiful flavour.

Some nice snacks there astarra.  I haven't done much lately except stir frying some spinach from my garden to add to an omelette, making a batch of Tenina's garlic paste (as a change from confit of garlic) and a batch of Miracle Spray which isn't exactly cooking is it LOL.

Astarra, you are an inspiration to all of us.
Daughter having visitors for the weekend so have made her, so far this morning, Trudys Lemon Muffins, Strata, Apple cake Tart and a rice bubble slice. All TMX.
Having morning tea now, so will then make Chocolate protein balls. I am making the protein powder first.
Yesterday made 6 jars of Cumquat jam. Good set this time. I was talking to a man who makes jam, (  had just made Rhubarb and ginger), and he said to call poorly set jam, "soft set".

Chookie, the lady I sometimes give a lift to the nursing home gave me a little bag of loquats this morning.  They have lots of stones inside.  I googled to see the difference between them and Cumquats and it said loquats only have 1 stone.  Not sure what they are now but I like them.

Judy, I am pretty sure cumquats are a citrus fruit, whereas loquats are a completely different fruit - I am not sure which 'family' they belong to.  I have a picture of a lovely big tree my neighbour has which I think is a loquat tree, but I could be wrong there.  I haven't had one for years, but they were very common where we lived in Hong Kong and I see them for sale often at the market.  As well as eating them, I am sure you can make jam, etc. with them.  Glad you like them, anyway.
