Nice baking Cookie and Chookie.  Thank you Chookie for the info on the grains and oat bran.

Yesterday I also made the Coffee fudge slice, posted. One of Rals favourites. Don't make it often as it is loaded with sugar.

Chook is I had asked DH to take the bread out for me when he got home on Saturday. However he forgot so I left it in the fridge until Sunday morning. Left it for a while and then baked it. The flavour is very good.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Thanks Cookie, always interested to hear what others are doing.
Made a Super Fast Dutch Oven Bread. Copied Cookies method for cutting top. The sesame seeds that drop off can be saved and sprinkled on a salad.

Last night had prawns in garlic sauce with home grown parsley. The prawns are Australian harvested. Don't buy or eat the Asian ones which are fed antibiotics. Shame , as they are 1/2 the price.
