I think mine was probably when I was having lunch with my brother and he asked me if the Sauvignon blanc would be nice to drink and I replied that I preferred white wine. I now listen carefully when he asks.
I've also done the pregnancy bit too. Very embarrassing.

my DS 2 also had problems with truck AND tractor... which ended up sounding much like a *truck er.... or his version of truck.

Mine would have to be waiting in line at high school to board the bus, pulling something out of my pocket and spraying numerous tampons everywhere.... and then other people scrambing to pick them up.

or when I had visitors who I had never met in person but had spoken to for 7 years on line come and stay, we were all at the table having a few drinks, I went to take a mouthful and a joke was made (not about my drinking) I rushed to the sink as the drink wouldn't go down, bent to deposit it ladylike in the sink and banged my head HARD on the top....  (Imagine huuuuuge bruise and egg on forehead)

They still talk about the night I tap danced for them.

Mine would have to be when my oldest son was about 3, we went grocery shopping in Woolworths and he shouted out at the top of his lungs "Mummy there is a chocolate person here!!" It was when those Cadbury ads were all over TV with the chocolate people.... I felt really embarrassed but the Sudanese man just smiled at me.

Another for me (I have several) was when I returned to nursing part time after having my daughter.
I had a ward of 5 five men, all short stay ops. One pt whom had a vasectomy was doing pretty well and I did all the various obs and checks. Every hour went and had a look at what I had to - lifted the gown, nothing swollen etc, then thought it was a bit odd that there was no iodine and not even a hint of bruising or swelling. Finally had a look at his end of bed chart to see that he had had his ingrown toe nail fixed.  :-[ :-[
It was all round the hospital by lunch time. The pt was very gracious and said he would have all his toe nails done if I would look after him.
