Hi friends.
Another day of showers here. Early walk with Chance and I had to walk him this afternoon too. DH is picking up DD and family from the airport after their holiday in Crete.
We have my niece arriving tonight to stay four nights with us.She is going a course in Middlesex.

We had a created chicken soup, then chilli beef with rice.

He's a good cook Michele. A quick zap in the microwave would have fixed the cauli problem.
I had maple & soy glazed salmon with veggies.

Last night DH cooked cauliflower and chickpea curry with samosas. Good but the cauliflower could have been cooked a bit more.

Yes, you can eat the leaves, we do in salads. I have heaps in my vege garden at the moment.

Hello all, back from Melbourne, food was great down there, not really cold for me at all.


We went to Jamie Olivers in Brisbane on Wednesday night, and was not impressed, with food or service at all.
Desert was bad, I sent it back. Really does not live up to his good name at all.

Glad to be home again. ;)

It's been showery here for a few days. Today it's decreasing, tomorrow pretty good, then more showers on Wednesday. I don't mind as we need the rain.
