A SD loaf of bread, 2 loaves using rye starter in the fridge to cook tomorrow and soup for dinner. DD is making nut brownies and DH is making thermomix sauerkraut. There's no room for me. 😃

I did manage to get in the kitchen to make an olive dip from the Mezze book I bought. It was very nice. I thought I had bought pipped olives but I hadn't , so I had to pip 350g of olives before I could start.

That must have been annoying  cookie.

Boiled eggs and Chickpea Burgers. As it was Fathers Day here in the U.K. DS came over with all the ingredients to make Maple Custard Tarts for DH. I did the pastry and custard in the TM. They turned out very good.

Thank you TMX.
All the roasted and steamed veggies leftover from lunch, made into soup with chicken stock. Delicious.
Cottage pie from leftover lamb and gravy and mashed potato.

Also made another Pipe loaf. Have increased the mixed soaked and cooked grain, beans and seeds to 130 g. Made up to 500 g with Laucke Soft White mix. Reduced the water as the soaked mix is a little wet.
