I made some Sugar & Spice Shortbread yesterday.   I will make some more during the week and put them in jars for gifts.

First loaf in years, so much easier when you actually spend some time at home!  Chookie’s no fuss loaf.

Nothing here today. Out until 2 pm, lunch and then I sort of had a nana nap.

Thanks Michele, it has a bit of a camel hump on it but it tastes good.

Nice loaf Judy.   Yes you do need to spend time at home to be able to cook. You don’t get much of a chance to do this.
Have made cases for fruit mince tarts but haven’t had a chance to bake them.
Made 4 dozen sausage rolls for GS. Loaded with veggies.

Nice cooking girls.  The chocolate souffles have become a Christmas tradition in your house Denise, they certainly are delicious.
Just had tomato on toast for breakfast, I had forgotten how much tastier home made bread was.

Great cooking everyone. Wish it was not going to be 38 tomorrow or sugar and spice shortbread, those mince tarts look delisous and chocolate soufflé would be on the list to make .
