Thanks Gert. We are at the other extreme. We can have 4 seasons in a day and being on a plateau, cold in Winter and can be hot in Summer.

Beautiful Spring weather.

Cookie, love the trips that you take. Enjoy.  Don’t cool off too much . Good to let them know you keep an eye on things. Have been some very bad reports of Victorian nursing homes.

The Bee people came yesterday to inspect our place to see that it was suitable for the hive.  It will be arriving after dark during this week. The hive needs morning sun and afternoon shade.
They said the Ballarat bees are tough little girls and can stand our cold weather.

Judy, nice to get the house back in order.
Todd’s owner keeps Bees Chookie. She recently had to buy a Queen for one of her hives as the old Queen died. Keeping Bees is quite involved. The honey from her Bees is delicious. I’m very lucky as she sells me a jar when I need it.She only extracts a few jars each year.

Parts of Wales, the Isle Of Man and Ireland are bracing themselves for hurricane winds from Hurricane Ophelia hits their shores. One fatality already.A bit windy here this afternoon but very mild.

CC, yes the Bee keeping is very involved. We are buying a complete service. The Bee people service the hive and extract the honey.
Have been reading about the terrible weather in Ireland. Keep safe.

Another lovely day here. Really enjoying a bit of sunshine.

It’s great having space for lots of food Robyn, did you build the room on or are you using an existing space?

Very nice Robyn. Lots of lovely space. We heard about Ophelia and Ireland. Not nice at all.
