Thanks Katie, I had 1 piece of flathead, 1 piece of salmon and a handful of raw prawns  - another 3 packages gone from the freezer and 2 meals for both Mum and me for the weekend.  My cute little dishes were given to me for Christmas from a lovely forum friend.

We had this for dinner last night. This was really easy to make and both kids cleaned up their plates. My only problem was the mash sinking to the bottom, it didn't look pretty but it tasted good.

I love this recipe cecilia and often think of it, I need to make it again myself in my next batch of cooking.  I have prawns & hoki in the freezer.
