I make it fairly often, because it's all stuff I have in the cupboard, and it's quick and filling!   :)

Yummmm.  Made this the other night and it was delish, very easy and the semi dried tomatoes give it that boost.  This one is a keeper.

Just made this with a 400gm can of brown lentils and borlotti beans as I discovered that I'd run out of dried lentils - followed the recipe and added a plonk of red wine - absolutely beautiful - thank you!!!!

This is a family favorite in my house, I also use it o make a lovely lasagna with layers of grilled veg and bechamel.

I made this for my family last night.  It was eaten and enjoyed by all, including my picky DDs who don't like vegetarian  ;D

Both DS and DD love this, served with spaghetti and leftover with mashed potato.  Yum!
