JudyDawn’s Mince Meat Curry followed by Strawberry Sorbet (made with just sugar and frozen strawberries as I didn’t have any ice).
Mum to 5 gorgeous kids, 3 bio aged 22,20 and 15, and 2 adopted aged 7 and 2.

Roast lamb with vegetable casserole.  We will take our meal out to DS1 and check on the animals,  and I will leave DS 2 a meal at home.

Home made burgers. I've just set Chookie's No Fuss recipe rising for the rolls. Its so warm they will rise in no time.

Shepherds pie last night with veggies from the garden
Tonight: chicken drums with potatoes from the freezer, sweet potatoes from a friend, and purple beans from the garden, gravy and salad  :)

I went to Costco to buy cheap petrol tonight and naturally went into the store whilst there.  Bought one their lovely cooked chickens and different salad ingredients for a quick meal.

That sounds reasonably easy and delicious Judy, especially if it's hot.
We had Ambra's Chicken, with rice and veggies. I thought I had put the recipe up, but I don't think I have. Will do so very soon.

I have mixed some of my KFC spicemix with Panko bread crumbs. I will use this on some chicken tonight. I use RecipeTinEats method for the egg mixture. This is egg, milk and flour, salt and pepper all mixed together. Dip chicken into this then the bread crumbs. Easy.
