I love her recipes cookie.  These are her 2 books I have, I have not seen yours - has it only been released lately I wonder. I havenít seen it advertised.

I love zucchini lasagne and I do the one from skinnytaste.com

I love how the hot weather doesnít seem to stop some people cooking up a storm.

Ouch! Your knee sounds sore Margaret. Another adult certainly makes the food shopping that bit more expensive. I always tell DD I should charge her more rent as she takes her lunch every day which saves her a fortune.

A visit to the doctor this morning to get the results of a knee scan.  It looks like I will need a knee replacement before much longer.  Not looking forward to that so I will put up with things as they are for as long as I can.

Supermarket shopping in the afternoon.  Since DS has been home my grocery bill has sky rocketed. :(

Zucchini lasagne sounds very nice Chookie.
 Have my rye SD from the fridge rising at the moment. It's only about 29* here today so it is very slow. I'm also making some mini fruit cakes, using a recipe I took from Delicious many years ago.
