Raspberry Ice Cream:
6 firm bananas
150 grams raspberries:
Peel and chop Bananas into chunks, freeze overnight. Freeze Raspberries. Next day remove fruit from freezer and soften for 20 minutes. Place fruit into Thermomix and blend until smooth. I blended on speed 9 about (I think) 15 seconds.:

this is more a sorbet than ice cream because ice cream has cream in it. BTW you can use Alpro cream which is soya based if you are - like myself - avoiding dairy for health reasons.inkha
